1. What is the shipping cost and delivery time?
We offer free shipping on all orders across the U.S.
Orders are typically delivered within 2–8 business days via FedEx from our U.S. warehouses.
2. Do your standing desks come with a warranty?
Yes! All Auron™ standing desks and ergonomic chairs come with a 1-year limited warranty covering structural and mechanical components.
3. How difficult is assembly?
Our desks and chairs are designed for easy assembly with simple tools.
Most customers can fully assemble their desk or chair in under 45 minutes.
Detailed instructions are included in every box.
4. Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return window.
Items must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

Yes! Our All of the Auron™ desk models feature a digital memory controller allowing you to save multiple height presets for easy adjustment.
